Touchless Sensor faucets are often referred to as automatic faucets or touchless faucets or motion-sensing faucets. These faucets are equipped with sensors and mechanisms that allow water to flow in response to the presence of a hand near the faucet.
Installing a sensor faucet in your bathroom has become an essential requirement these days, as it does not require touch, thus avoiding the spread of germs and bacteria. Installing a touch-free sensor faucet in your bathroom is a very simple process, all you need is enough water pressure.
Steps for Installing a Sensor Faucet
1: Take out the faucet body from the package and remove the rubber gasket, S/S gasket, and nut. Fix the faucet body to the basin and install the rubber gasket, S/S gasket, and nut in sequence. See picture A.
Step 2: Drill two holes with sizes 7. 5mm in diameter and 30mm in depth. Knock the expansion tubes into the holes and fix the control box holder to the wall. See picture B.
Step 3: Connect the faucet water hose with the control box outlet (See picture C-1). Then fix the water hose to the control box inlet and triangular valve (See pictures C-2 and C-3). Fix the control box to the holder and connect the sensor wire.
Step 4: Take out the battery box from the control box and install 4 pieces of AA alkaline batteries correctly.
Then insert back the battery box to the control box. Insert the transformer plug into the socket if needed(See picture C-6).
The best part about the sensor faucet is that it works in either power mode. It will work on AC when both power modes are connected and automatically switch to DC if there is a power failure.
